Indulging in a delicious brunch is the best way to start the day. The next time you’re craving some brunch, head on over to Blue Bell Inn. Whether you’re in the mood for something sweet or savory, you’re sure to find that perfect item on our brunch menu. Let’s take a look at the brunch items six Blue Bell employees can’t seem to get enough of.

Joe, Server: BBI Style Bloody Marys & Mimosas

No brunch is complete without a Bloody Mary or mimosa. Our Blood Marys come in a bacon rimmed glass while our mimosas are made with fresh orange juice. Joe, one of our servers, recommends getting your friends together to enjoy a boozy Blue Bell Inn brunch with bottomless mimosas.

Ashley, Bartender: Blue Bell Pig

The Blue Bell pig kicks a traditional breakfast sandwich up a few notches. It’s a flatbread topped with bacon, sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, and cheddar cheese. Our bartender, Ashley, notes that this elevated breakfast sandwich is the ideal decadent brunch to wash down with a mimosa.

Lindsey, Server: French Toast

If you’re craving a sweet treat, our challah bread French toast is sure to exceed your every expectation. Our one-of-a-kind French toast is topped with Nutella, bruleed bananas, and toasted hazelnuts. Lindsey, our server, explains that the toasted hazelnuts compliment the Nutella and bruleed bananas perfectly.

Nicole, Server: Short Rib Sandwich

For a hearty brunch, you can’t go wrong with our short rib sandwich. It comes on a potato bun and is loaded with a sunny side up egg, breakfast potatoes, and pepper jack cheese. Our server, Nicole states that our short rib sandwich is full of flavor and a bit of spice thanks to the melty pepper jack cheese.

Kim, Hostess: Crab Cake Benedict

Our crab cake benedict puts a delicious twist on a classic brunch favorite. It is served with breakfast potatoes and hollandaise sauce. Kim, our hostess explains that our crab cake benedict is a tasty way to get your morning seafood fix.

Katie and Olivia, Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Cook: Cinnamon Buns and Beignets

If you’d like a warm, mouth-watering treat, our cinnamon buns and beignets will leave you smiling all day long. “We fry the beignets fresh to order and serve with raspberry and chocolate sauce. They are so fluffy and delicious! The cinnamon bun is big, soft, and swirling with cinnamon brown sugar goodness! The citrus cream cheese icing puts it over the top,” said our Executive Pastry Chef, Katie and Pastry Cook, Olivia.
